A starter

For 8 people
Time needed for preparation: 20 min.
Time needed for cooking: 30 min.


  • 500g of anchovies
  • 1kg of red peppers
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • Olive oil


1- Remove the salt from the anchovies using cold water and extract the fillets.
2- Cook the peppers in the oven at thermostat setting 7 (210°c).
3- Cook the eggs.
4- Chop the garlic and parsley.
5- Peel and de-pip the peppers before cutting them into strips.
6- Put on a plate placing the anchovy filets and peppers on alternating layers.
7- Decorate with hard eggs.
8- Sprinkle with garlic and parsley then apply a little olive oil.
