Ingredients
- 100 snails
- 1 onion
- Some diced bacon
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 large tin of peeled tomatoes
- ¼ litre of dry white wine
- 3 garlic cloves
Preparation
Wash the snails in a mixture of water and white vinegar then in salty water.
2- Fry drain them with a little olive oil then rinse them.
3- Heat the finely chopped onion with the diced peppers then the diced bacon.
4- Add the white wine, the tinned tomatoes and the snails to the preparation.
5- Salt, pepper and add the chopped garlic.
6- Bring to the boil then cook with the lid over the pan and on a low flame for 45 minutes.
7- Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
