Ingredients
- 1 generous pinch of salt
- 7 eggs
- Zest of 2 raw lemons
- 1 cube of baking yeast
- 50g of butter
- 10cl of orange blossom
- 250g of sugar
- Cooking oil
Preparation
- Melt the yeast in the melted butter in a glass.
- Beat the eggs, the orange blossom and the lemon zest together in a bowl.
- In a container, sieve the flour with the pinch of salt before adding the contents of the glass and the bowl until you end up with a ball of dough.
- Knead the dough thoroughly on a flour covered work surface.
- Leave the dough covered in a towel to stand in a warmish and dry spot for 3 hours. (The dough needs to double in volume)
- Roll out the dough either using a roller or by hand to form disks.
- Fry them on the 2 sides until they become nicely golden in colour.
- Sprinkle the bunyètes with sugar as soon as they are ready.
